Clinical Photo of The Week - Vol3, No1

The following case was present in a recent (vol3, N01) edition of otorhinolaryngology news:
A 36-year old female presented with painless anterior lower neck swelling of 8 months duration. She had no laryngeal, tracheal or pharyngo-oesophageal symptoms.

Clinical examination was negative except for the structure revealed in this picture. Her thyroid function tests were normal. FNA yielded chocolate-colored aspirate from the neck mass. Cytology of the aspirate was negative (acellular).
